I’m in a hurry to share the news with you! At the beginning of August I participated in a photo-exhibition in Moscow. This was definitely a valuable professional experience, from printing photos, to interviews and communication with visitors.
I presented three of my favorite works and each of them has an interesting history behind it. It turns out that it is possible to tell the story of creation of one’s own photos many times without getting tired.
Muay Boran, 2015
The shot features the incredible Saifon, a famous ancient martial arts coach Muay Boran in Thailand.
It was made at sunset, on the shore of a quiet Gulf of Thailand, next to the fishing village where he comes from. The stones on which he stands barefoot are incredibly sharp, it’s painful even to step on them. I remember photographing and wondering how persistent and trained he was, because he did complex tricks on the rocks with jumps, leaping from huge stones onto the sand, it was very exciting.
Perfect Strangers, 2018
They met in Thailand in a small town on the set of a movie. She’s French, he’s Argentinean, what could they possible have in common? It all began with a brief romance, but soon Mariano went to work to Australia and it seems that the time has come to part, but Jeanne followed him! Now they travel the world together and can’t go anywhere without each other.

lilac Mood, 2018
A portrait of a teenage girl. I have always been interested in the topic of teenage attitude to their appearance. I hope to make a photo project in the future, which will help young people to love themselves despite the complex changes in their appearance.

Thanks to the organizers and participants of the exhibition, as well as my friends, for creating a real creative atmosphere!
